• Age: 24 years and above.

• Pet sitting/dog walking experience preferred.

• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle. 

• Daily Internet access for prompt communication via emails, texts, and calls.

• Physical fitness for active work in varying weather conditions. 

• Familiarity with and residence in or adjacent to our service area. 

• Commitment to at least 6 months with Paleo Pet Sitting. 

• Willingness to accept client work as agreed upon hiring. 

• Experience with and passion for working with dogs, cats, and small animals.

• Strong interpersonal skills for exceptional customer service. 

• Unwavering reliability and commitment to the role. Effective communication with team members, clients, and the company. 

• Serious dedication to the position's responsibilities. 

• Organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to provide professional references.

• Clean background check (reimbursed after 6-month commitment, minus processing fees).

• Completion of online Pet First Aid training if needed.

• Smartphone with a data plan for mobile applications and communication.
