Terms and Conditions

RATES & FEES

All of our rates and fees can be accessed through our website. Specific fees are outlined in this document and in the Client Portal Terms and Conditions as well. Periodically, service rates may change as a result of economic conditions. A rate update letter will be sent via email prior to when changes will be implemented.

PAYMENT

Paleo Pet Sitting accepts credit card payments via our secure Stripe merchant payment processing account. Stripe accepts the four major credit card brands: American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. For your convenience, our Pet Sitter Plus software is equipped with saving payment cards safely through Stripe’s encryption technology, which will allow you to enjoy automatic payment processing.

PAYMENT PROCESS

Invoices for services are generated weekly on Monday. A detailed service order invoice will be emailed for your review to include services scheduled for the upcoming Monday through Sunday. You can then let us know if any changes need to be made to the order upon receiving an invoice. Your card will be charged on the Monday following services that were completed during the previous Monday through Sunday period. For services that are consecutively scheduled into the next invoicing period, you will receive separate invoices. This usually affects pet sitting services for a trip that starts during one week and ends during the next week.

PAYMENT POLICIES

The Automatic Payment option allows you to enjoy the most convenient and secure payment processing for all services.

Invoicing:

  • Invoices are generated every Monday, precisely 14 days before the service week commences (Monday to Sunday).

  • For services spanning multiple invoicing periods, separate invoices will be issued.

  • Once an invoice has been processed, refunds will not be processed. See cancellation policy for more information.

Payment Due Date:

  • The due date for the auto-payment process is set 7 days prior to the commencement of the service week.

The Manual Payment option requires payment to be submitted 7 days prior to the beginning of services, or immediately when services are requested within this time period. Services will not be fully confirmed without receipt of payment in advance.

REFUNDS

We do not provide refunds for any prepaid services, however, if a service is canceled with proper notice (see Cancellations), a credit balance will be applied to your account for future pet care needs. Credits expire after 6 months of inactivity.

BUSINESS HOURS

Our regular business hours are Monday-Saturday from 10am to 5pm. The office is closed on Sundays and all Federal holidays. Calls are monitored for emergencies when the office is closed. All other calls are returned during regular business hours.

RESERVATIONS

Your reservation is only confirmed when you have received a final invoice/confirmation via email.

To streamline scheduling and ensure a smooth and organized process, we will be implementing a booking restriction for our pet sitting services. Clients will be required to book their pet sitting services at least 5 days in advance. This will allow us to plan and allocate resources effectively. See “Services on Demand” for a detailed breakdown of fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The purpose of the cancellation fee is to ensure that we have adequate resources to provide excellent services and to fairly compensate our employees. In order to retain our employees, it is necessary to implement a cancellation policy that addresses last-minute cancellations.

We adhere to a strict policy of NO OVERBOOKING. Therefore, once you have contracted services, we will turn away new business in order to accommodate your schedule. You will be charged for all visits without proper notice of cancellation based on the criteria below.

Clients can cancel services via their online portal at least 7 days prior to the affected services without incurring any charges. If a service is cancellable, a pink "Cancel" button will be displayed next to the service, and clients can easily cancel through the portal.

However, if a client needs to cancel a service within the 7-day period, they will need to communicate with us via the appropriate channels. See “Communications”.  In such cases, a credit or a 100% cancellation fee will be applied depending on the time frame of when the cancellation was made (see details below), as it is difficult for us to fill a cancelled service with a new one within a week of its occurrence. This fee ensures that our sitters are still paid for their reserved time, even if the service is cancelled without sufficient notice.

  • Cancellations made 72+ hours in advance of the scheduled visits will receive a credit that can be used towards future services. This credit will be equal to the value of the cancelled visits and can be used within 6 months from the original booking date.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to the scheduled visits will not be eligible for a credit and is subject to a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be equal to the value of the cancelled visits. As these cancellations occur within a shorter notice period, it becomes challenging for us to secure alternative bookings to replace the cancelled visits.

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, but implementing this policy helps us maintain a reliable and dedicated team of pet care professionals. By reserving time for work on their schedules, our employees can provide consistent and exceptional service to our clients and their pets.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy, as it allows us to continue delivering the high-quality pet care services you expect from us.

VISIT HOURS

When booking pet visits and walks, you have two scheduling options to choose from: Time Block scheduling and Priority Scheduling. Here's a brief explanation of each format:

1. Time Block Scheduling (Default):

If you prefer a general time for pet care, like between 6am and 8am in the morning, we'll schedule your visits within a 2-hour time block. This allows our pet sitters to plan their routes efficiently and serve all clients effectively.

2. Priority Scheduling:

If you need your pet to be cared for at a specific time, you can opt for Priority Scheduling. This option incurs an additional fee. The fee is in place to prioritize your pet visits over others while accommodating your scheduling needs. Additionally, it accounts for potential disruptions to the sitter's route, which may result in longer travel times.

For Priority Scheduling, we offer a ±10 minute grace period. Our sitters will make every effort to arrive within 10 minutes of the specified time. This grace period allows for any unforeseen circumstances or minor adjustments to the schedule.

Our Visit hours are from 6am to 10pm, providing ample availability for scheduling within your preferred time. In the unlikely event that a pet sitter cannot arrive within the chosen time block or specified time (including the grace period), we will promptly notify you. Our goal is to provide reliable and punctual service while ensuring the well-being of your pets and your satisfaction.

When booking, please indicate your preferred scheduling format. If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out to our team.

SERVICE MINIMUMS

Service Minimums specifically apply to our pet sitting services. Pet Sitting refers to services that are provided when clients are traveling away from their home for more than 24 hours at a time. The following service minimums are determined based on the needs of the species requiring our care. Client agrees to the professional service minimums defined below.

Cats: Although cats may seem independent, changes in their human's presence can lead to unwanted behaviors. These include inappropriate elimination and damage to furniture or personal belongings. Therefore, we cannot approve requests for less than one visit per 24-hour period. Your cat's comfort and happiness are our top priorities. Here are the visit requirements:

  1. Shy/No-See-Em Kitties: For cats that are shy or prefer to hide, we provide 15-minute wellness checks for essential tasks such as feeding, watering, and litter maintenance at least once every 24 hours.

  2. Social Cats: Social cats of all ages require a minimum of 1 visit every 12 hours, with each visit lasting at least 30 minutes to ensure proper care and companionship.

  3. Special needs: it is important to note that cats requiring medication must be social and cooperative with our sitters before we can accept providing services. This ensures that they can receive the required medication without any interruption. Alternatively, if medication administration is not possible, we recommend contracting with a vet tech from your clinic to administer the medication, while we can still provide wellness checks to fulfill feeding and litter box services.

  4. Recommended: We highly recommend our "Whisker Warm-Ups" service prior to your trip. This gives the cat time to become familiar with the new person handling them for medication administration or for skittish cats that need more time warming up to new people. It also allows us to discover any uncooperative or unsafe behaviors beforehand, ensuring the well-being of your pet.

Dogs: Unkenneled, housebroken dogs housed inside the Client’s home must receive a minimum of one (1) visit per 6 to 8 hour period. Kenneled dogs housed in an appropriately sized crate/cage must receive a minimum of one (1) visit per 6-hour period. Dogs and kennels will be measured to assess proper sizing requirements during the registration process.

Puppies: Young puppies under 6 months of age must be kenneled or penned inside the Client’s home between visits to protect them and personal property, and they must receive a minimum of one (1) visit per 4-6 hours of time in the kennel. See Service Limitations below regarding Dog Walks.

Small Animals: Other species must receive a minimum of one (1) visit per 24-hour period if it is appropriate. Every small animal has different needs depending on their routine and life stage.

Please refer to our website for specifics regarding our rates and fees. Rates are determined based on the number of pets needing care, time required for providing care, holidays, etc.

SERVICE LIMITATIONS

Due to liability, safety concerns and complications, Paleo Pet Sitting is unable to provide dog walking services for puppies under the age of 6 months, or dogs 6 months and older, if any of the following situations apply:

  • Puppies who are not completely vaccinated per veterinary requirements. (i.e. Rabies, Parvo, Distemper, Adenoviruses, Parainfluenza, Leptospirosis and Bordetella). Typically, puppy shots are not completed until 16 weeks of age (approximately 4 mos.), but shot schedules can vary from client to client. 6 months is the preferred waiting period for all puppies to become properly immuned to canine viruses living in the outside world. Adult dogs must receive their yearly required boosters as well. This is to ensure that pets in our care are as fully protected as possible from any foreseeable exposures to canine viruses when being walked on properties that are not under the client’s or our control.

  • Puppies and Adult Dogs who are not properly leashed trained, or do not yet understand how to walk on a leash (i.e. pulling, tugging, struggling with wearing training collars or harnesses, etc.).

  • Puppies and Adult Dogs who are not socialized appropriately to other humans and/or dogs they may encounter (i.e. mouthiness, biting at legs, arms, clothing or shoes, etc.).

Client understands that Paleo Pet Sitting, its staff and representatives do not provide formal canine training services. Puppies and Adult dogs must be well socialized to humans, as well as receive training for basic commands and proper leash handling behaviors prior to registering or requesting Pet Sitting visits and/or Dog Walking services from Paleo Pet Sitting.

DISCLOSURE OF EXISTING PET MEDICAL CONDITIONS

At Paleo Pet Sitting, we strive to provide the highest quality care and ensure the well-being of every pet entrusted to our services. To maintain the health and safety of all animals under our care, it is essential that we are made aware of any existing medical conditions that your pet may have prior to booking our pet sitting services.

We understand that pets may require ongoing monitoring or treatment for various medical conditions. However, in order to make an informed decision and determine whether our pet sitting services can adequately accommodate your pet's needs, it is crucial that you disclose any known medical conditions that your pet is currently being monitored or treated for.

By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Disclosure of Medical Conditions: It is your responsibility to provide complete and accurate information regarding any existing medical conditions your pet may have. This includes, but is not limited to, chronic illnesses, allergies, physical disabilities, behavioral issues, and any ongoing treatments, medications, or special dietary requirements.

  • Evaluation and Decision: Upon disclosure of your pet's medical condition, Paleo Pet Sitting will evaluate the information provided and determine whether we can appropriately care for your pet based on our expertise and available resources. We reserve the right to decline or recommend alternative care options, such as veterinary boarding, if we believe that your pet's medical condition requires specialized attention beyond the scope of our services.

  • Veterinary Boarding Recommendation: If, upon evaluation, we determine that your pet's medical condition necessitates a higher level of supervision or expertise, we may recommend veterinary boarding or an alternative care arrangement to ensure your pet's well-being. We will work with you to find the best solution for your pet's specific needs. In such cases, you acknowledge and agree that you will be responsible for full payment of any services that cannot be completed due to complications arising from an undisclosed medical condition that surfaces during the service period.

  • Veterinary Care and Boarding: If an undisclosed medical condition surfaces during the service period and requires immediate attention, Paleo Pet Sitting reserves the right to take your pet to your preferred veterinary clinic for care and boarding for the remainder of the service period. You agree to be responsible for any related veterinary expenses incurred during this period, including but not limited to veterinary consultations, treatments, medications, and boarding fees.

  • Liability Release: You understand and agree that by choosing not to disclose any existing medical conditions or providing incomplete or inaccurate information, you assume full responsibility for any consequences that may arise during the provision of our pet sitting services. This includes, but is not limited to, additional expenses incurred for veterinary care and boarding, as well as any limitations or disruptions to our services.

By signing this agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms regarding the disclosure of existing pet medical conditions and the associated liabilities. You also acknowledge that failure to disclose any medical conditions may result in a disruption of services or alternative care arrangements.

DECEASED PET HANDLING AND CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

In the unfortunate event of a pet passing away during our pet sitting services, we will handle the situation with compassion. Our pet care providers are attentive to signs of distress or illness, and if observed, we will promptly inform the client and assist in arranging immediate veterinary attention.

However, there may be cases where a pet passes away due to undisclosed or unknown medical conditions, age-related factors, or similar circumstances. In such situations, we will respectfully handle the pet's remains by carefully wrapping the body and placing it in the client's freezer until transportation to their preferred veterinary clinic can be organized.

Please note that our role is limited to providing immediate support until the remains can be transported to the veterinary clinic. The client assumes full responsibility for making further arrangements, including cremation or proper disposal, in consultation with their chosen veterinarian. Client agrees that Paleo Pet Sitting, its representatives, staff, and pet care providers, will not be held liable for any veterinary costs or expenses associated with the pet's passing.

By signing this agreement, the client acknowledges their understanding of and agreement with these terms in the event that a pet should pass away during our pet sitting services.

VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS FOR DOGS AND CATS

  • All dogs and cats utilizing the services of Paleo Pet Sitting must have a current rabies vaccination administered by a licensed veterinarian. Proof of vaccination must be provided prior to the commencement of any pet care services.

  • The client has the discretion to determine the necessity of core vaccinations for their pets. However, they acknowledge the increased risk of preventable diseases without current core vaccinations. It is the client's responsibility to consult with a licensed veterinarian for informed decisions regarding their pets' health and vaccination requirements.

  • Paleo Pet Sitting encourages the use of titer tests to assess immunity and determine the need for booster shots. Clients should consult with a licensed veterinarian for titer testing options and appropriate vaccination protocols.

  • Clients understand and accept all risks associated with their pets not receiving current core vaccinations, indemnifying Paleo Pet Sitting and its representatives from any related claims, damages, or liabilities.

  • Services may be refused or terminated if a dog or cat lacks a current rabies vaccination or if proof of vaccination is not provided upon request, ensuring compliance with Texas state laws and prioritizing the health and safety of all pets under our care.

Client confirms their understanding and agreement to comply with the  vaccination requirements as mandated by Texas state laws and regulations.

AUTHORIZATION OF FAMILY OR FRIENDS AND HOME ACCESS

1. Due to liability, safety concerns, and potential complications, Paleo Pet Sitting will only accept Pet Sitting reservations if the Client discloses any individuals who will be sharing pet care responsibilities during a Service Period. Failure to provide this information may result in the immediate inability for Paleo Pet Sitting to continue care, and the Client will forfeit payment for any remaining visits.

2. The Client acknowledges that introducing other pet care providers into their home during their absence may pose risks to the well-being of their pets, property, and the Paleo Pet Sitting staff. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the Client to ensure that any authorized family members or close friends who will be involved in the pet care duties are present for the initial meeting with Paleo Pet Sitting representatives. By attending the meeting, these individuals confirm their understanding of and agreement to comply with Paleo Pet Sitting's policies and procedures.

3. Paleo Pet Sitting shall not be held responsible or liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or harm that may occur to authorized family members or friends while they are present in the Client's home to provide pet care. The Client expressly releases and indemnifies Paleo Pet Sitting and its representatives from any claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from such incidents.

4. In the event that a pet falls ill or becomes injured during a visit by an authorized family member or friend, the Client acknowledges that Paleo Pet Sitting and its representatives shall not be held responsible or liable for any resulting veterinary expenses, injuries, or damages. It is the Client's sole responsibility to address and resolve such matters directly with the authorized family member or friend.

5. The Client understands and agrees that Paleo Pet Sitting reserves the right to refuse or terminate any service at its discretion if the presence or actions of authorized family members or friends create an unsafe, hostile, or otherwise unsuitable environment for the Paleo Pet Sitting staff or the pets under their care. In such cases, the Client will be notified promptly, and any remaining visits will be forfeited without refund.

We appreciate our clients' cooperation in adhering to this procedure, as it allows us to provide the best possible service and maintain a professional and organized workflow.

  • Urgent Requests within 24 Hours or Same Day:

At Paleo Pet Sitting, we understand that there may be occasions when our clients require last-minute pet sitting or dog walking services. SERVICES ON DEMAND

At Paleo Pet Sitting, we strive to provide exceptional pet sitting services and accommodate our clients' needs, even in last-minute situations. While our standard booking policy requires clients to schedule their pet sitting services at least five (5) days in advance, we understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In order to meet these urgent requests and ensure the availability of our pet sitters, the following fees will apply for last-minute bookings:

1. Last-Minute Booking (Within 5 Days):

If you need to book pet sitting services within five (5) days of the desired service date, a $10 fee per visit will be applied. This fee allows us to efficiently adjust our schedules and allocate appropriate resources to accommodate your request.

2. Emergency Booking (Within 24 Hours):

For bookings made within 24 hours of the desired service date, a $25 fee per visit will be incurred. This fee compensates our pet sitters for rearranging their schedules on short notice, ensuring that your pets receive the care they need.

These fees are necessary for last minute needs in order to ensure the availability and flexibility of our pet sitting team. They help us maintain a reliable and responsive service, even during unexpected circumstances. We greatly appreciate your understanding and support in covering these fees, as they contribute to the continued dedication and commitment of our pet sitters.

Please note that these last-minute service fees are in addition to our regular pet sitting rates. The fees will be clearly outlined and included in your invoice for transparent billing purposes.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding the last-minute service fees, please do not hesitate to reach out to our office. We are here to assist you and provide further clarification, ensuring that your pet care needs are met efficiently and effectively.

KEYS

Due to liability, safety concerns and complications, Paleo Pet Sitting will not handle client keys off premises unless this is the only option.  Since services usually require a two-person team to provide pet care throughout the day and evening, and even overnight, there are two secure options for allowing access to enter your home to provide services:

  • A secure pin code lock box for your Pet Care Team for all ongoing services. This will allow secure access to your home with just one key. You can purchase a lock box from your local home improvement store or online (i.e. Home Depot, Lowe’s, or Amazon). We recommend you purchase a lockbox with at least 4 pins for creating a secure code.

  • Garage or doorknob pin code. This requires a secure lock box with a back up key placed in a secure location somewhere outside of your home (i.e. at the back door or in an inconspicuous area only we know the location of. The backup will ensure we have access to the home should the electronic pin code lose power when we are providing services.

Apartment Communities, however, are the only exception to the lockbox and pincode access requirement. In most cases, apartment communities do not provide a very secure situation for using lockboxes. Clients who live in an apartment building where pincoded door knobs are not installed can indicate physical key handling preferences in their online account that will be created for them.

Paleo Pet Sitting, its Employees and Representatives will not be held liable for any home security breach by unauthorized persons that occur during active services if the Client leaves a hidden key in an unsecured location while absent from the home (i.e. under the mat, in a potted plant, etc.).

Client also understands that service fees will not be waived if an employee or representative arrives to provide services and the lockbox is not available, or the digital pin code device is not accessible due to mechanical failure, power outage or other reasons beyond our control.

ENHANCED SAFETY MEASURES

At Paleo Pet Sitting, the safety of your pets is our top priority. For clients with backyard setups and pet doors, we carefully evaluate safety measures on a case-by-case basis. During the meet and greet process, your primary pet sitter will discuss any concerns and offer suggestions to ensure your pets' well-being. We kindly request that clients make necessary accommodations based on these recommendations prior to the start of services. If additional measures are needed, our experienced team will tailor contingencies to address your pet's specific needs and the safety situation. We are committed to working closely with you to provide a secure environment for your beloved pets and protect your property.

SECURED AREAS

It is the pet-owner’s sole responsibility to pet-proof any areas of the home and/or property to which the pet has access. This includes thoroughly inspecting fences, gates, latches, doors and other devices meant to keep the pet inside or away from any ‘forbidden’ areas. The client holds harmless Paleo Pet Sitting, its staff and representatives for any property damage, loss of pet or injuries to pet sustained while unsupervised in its own home.

SAFE ACCESS

It is the pet owner’s responsibility to provide safe access to their home by maintaining lawns, shrubs and paved areas, as well as scheduling regular pest control measures for both the inside and outside of the property. Proper lighting to outdoor and indoor areas should also be maintained for safety and security for Paleo Pet Sitting employees and representatives.

SANITARY ENVIRONMENT

It is the pet owner's responsibility to provide access to their home that is clean, sanitary and appropriately uncluttered so as to not impose danger to the health and safety of any Paleo Pet Sitting employee while performing services in and on the pet owner’s property.

CLIMATE CLAUSE

Paleo Pet Sitting reserves the right to adjust the thermostat, close/open windows (as long as it remains safe and secure), turn air conditioner or heater on/off to maintain a comfortable climate inside the home for both the pet(s) and our sitters.

Paleo Pet Sitting reserves the right to assess the weather on the day of a dog walk. Appropriate substitutions can be done such as indoor or backyard playtime when outdoor conditions are too harsh for both the pet(s) and the sitter. This includes, but is not limited to, high air and ground temperatures, and freezing temperatures where the pet is insufficiently protected.

Our sitters will attempt to notify you if they feel the climate is posing a health risk to your pet(s) while in our care.

INCLEMENT WEATHER AND MAJOR STORMS

In the event of inclement weather, existing scheduled services will be performed if doing so does not present a danger to Paleo Pet Sitting team members. Flash flood warnings, high winds and/or heavy rain may cause necessary delays to performing services during the scheduled time blocks for safety. In cases such as these, the services may be completed before or after the originally scheduled time block once the inclement weather has passed or subsided. Client agrees to any necessary change in the scheduling for these reasons.

During the Atlantic Hurricane season, June 1 through November 30 of any year, Client agrees to have made prior arrangements for their pet(s) to be evacuated in the event that a major storm forms while already under the care of Paleo Pet Sitting. If a major storm has already formed and is projected to threaten our service area before the start of a service, Client understands that services, either requested or previously scheduled, will be declined or canceled by Paleo Pet Sitting until the local weather service clears the area of any danger.

CLIENT RETURN/EXTENSION OF SERVICE PERIOD

Paleo Pet Sitting expects Client to arrive home as scheduled. If a Client is delayed returning home, Client must contact Paleo Pet Sitting at the earliest opportunity to extend the Service Period and agree to pay the additional pet care rates and any applicable fees.

NON-SOLICITATION

Client agrees that all reservation requests for present and future services must be made through Paleo Pet Sitting via any of the following channels:

For the protection of both the Client and Paleo Pet Sitting, Client agrees to refrain from directly hiring a current or past Paleo Pet Sitting Pet Care Provider (PCP). Client is aware that Paleo Pet Sitting has a right to take legal action for the misuse of staff.

DISCRETIONARY LICENSE

If Paleo Pet Sitting determines, at its sole discretion, that it is unsafe to enter Client’s property and/or approach Client’s pet(s), or if damages or injuries occur during the Service Period, Paleo Pet Sitting reserves the right to close the Service Period prior to its scheduled closure and/or secure one or more pets in any manner necessary, including, but not limited to, crating, tethering, confining and off-site boarding/kenneling/sheltering at Client’s expense. Paleo Pet Sitting reserves the right to deny service or terminate service for any reason, but especially in the case of safety concerns, unsanitary conditions, inhumane treatment of animals, non-payment of services, or situations that Paleo Pet Sitting deems inappropriate or uncomfortable.

MANDATORY ARBITRATION

Client agrees to discuss any concerns with Paleo Pet Sitting within 24 hours of service. If a dispute arises from or relates to this agreement or the breach thereof other than for the payment of fees and costs of the services provided, and if the dispute cannot be settled through direct discussions, the parties agree to first endeavor to settle the dispute by mediation administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Rules before resorting to arbitration. The parties further agree that any unresolved controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its applicable rules and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Notwithstanding the agreement to mediate and arbitrate the issues above, routine collections of amounts due from Client to Paleo Pet Sitting will be filed in the appropriate courts of Harris County in the state of Texas.

ATTORNEY FEES

If Client or Paleo Pet Sitting commences a legal, mediation or arbitration proceeding to collect fees due, enforce or obtain a declaration of rights under this agreement, and Paleo Pet Sitting becomes the prevailing party in such proceeding, then Paleo Pet Sitting shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney’s fees and costs incurred in the proceeding from the non-prevailing Client, as well as, any reasonable attorney’s fees and costs that Paleo Pet Sitting incurred prior to commencing the proceeding.

SEVERANCE AND CHOICE OF LAW

If any term or terms of this agreement are deemed invalid or illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction, that term shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this agreement. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

PROMOTIONAL USE CONSENT

Client consents to Paleo Pet Sitting taking photos/video of their pet(s) for identification purposes and releases all images to Paleo Pet Sitting for marketing purposes. Client waives any right or claim to financial consideration or any other benefits from the use of this material by Paleo Pet Sitting. If Client disagrees, please notify Paleo Pet Sitting within 48 hours of signing this agreement.

CLIENT MEDIA

Client understands and accepts that any media taken (through home surveillance, etc.) of Paleo Pet Sitting cannot be broadcast, published, or shared in any way with others than persons listed on this form without written consent of Paleo Pet Sitting.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Client privacy is important. Paleo Pet Sitting collects Client information to provide quality, personalized pet, and home care services. Paleo Pet Sitting will not, at any time, either directly or indirectly, use any information for our own benefit, disclose or communicate in any manner, any information to a third party.
